The Douglas Manor Environmental Association, Inc. ("DMEA", "we", "us") is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. This policy explains what information we receive and how we use it when you visit this website, contact us, or make a donation.

Information we receive

• Information you give us directly. When you email us, write to us, or purchase merchandise, we receive the contact details and message contents you choose to share.
• Donation information. Online donations are processed by Square. Square collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy; the DMEA does not see or store your full card numbers.
• Basic website data. This website does not use advertising trackers. Like most websites, standard hosting logs (such as pages requested and browser type) may be kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.

How we use information

• To respond to your questions, requests, and volunteer inquiries.
• To process and acknowledge donations and merchandise orders.
• To send occasional updates about DMEA events and activities when you have asked to receive them.
• To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations that apply to a 501(c)(3) organization.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share your information with third parties except as needed to process donations (Square), deliver email, or comply with the law.

Third-party services

This site links to Square for donations and to Facebook and Instagram for our social channels. Those services have their own privacy policies, which govern any information you provide to them.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to update or delete the contact information we hold about you, or to stop receiving updates, by emailing us at info@douglasmanor.baby.
